Claudia is a very nice landlady, she provides guests with lots of tips for excursions or restaurants.
The apartment was not clean when we moved in, the kitchen cupboards were smeared with fingerprints from the previous owner, as were the glass door of the bathroom and the patio door.
The beds were remade after my complaint.
